Responsibilities:
Define Kuku FM's strategy across social - Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin
Build communities for Kuku FM across social - Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin
Create a regular content engine which helps build audiences of the right profile and intent, so they can be monetised through subscription.
Create a regular content engine which helps existing Kuku FM users to engage and interact with the brand on social and then come to the app for engagement and renewal.
Work with Content, Growth, Renewal and Product teams to make seamless connections from social media to business outcomes for Kuku FM.

About you:
'1 to 100' experience of setting up social media for a consumer/media brand
Experience in working with business and product teams to create ROI-driven content for social media
Experience working with influencers and creative talent to make content for social.
Excellent writing skills, with some experience writing for social media videos, stories and tweets.
Experience in handling creative agencies
Experience in coordinating with performance marketing teams to align campaigns and drive ROI.
Experience in leading small teams of 3-4 individuals.
