Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in driving performance marketing campaigns across various Digital Channels such as Google & Facebook.
  • Experience in building communication strategies, creative approaches, and visibility for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of aspects of Digital Marketing such as SEO, SEM, etc.
  • Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance.

Must-Have:

  • 1.5+ years of digital media planning and buying experience with hands-on experience specifically with Facebook/ Google/ Native/ Affiliate Advertising
  • In-depth understanding of performance marketing metrics such as cost per install, CTR, CPMs, etc
  • Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • A/B Testing for various creative and communication experiments to drive better performance on campaigns
