Kuku FM is a podcast platform that is re-inventing traditional radio with more diverse audio content.
Founded in 2018 by former IITians and Toppr executives Lal Chand Bisu, Vinod Meena, and Vikas Goyal. It is a curated platform where users, most of whom hail from Tier II and III cities, create audio content in Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, and Tamil, among other regional languages.

Kuku FM hosts 150,000 hours of content across audiobooks, stories, book summaries, courses, and podcasts on its platform, covering a wide range of genres from fiction and nonfiction audiobooks, self-help education titles, entertainment, news, mythology, spirituality, learning and inspirations, stories, poems, and even jingles.

With 30,000 creators, 50 percent of the content on Kuku FM is exclusive to the platform and only available on Kuku FM.

What we have achieved so far…

With over ~1Cr Listeners and ~8L+ Premium Listeners, we are currently available in 7 Vernacular Languages with over ~4Cr Hours worth of content already listened to by our trusted users. We currently stand at 1.8 Million Active Paid Users!

With the last funding raised $22million in Series B1 funding led by Fundamentum, KukuFM has secured a total of $45.9 million since its inception in 2018. Kuku FM is pioneering a new category for audio content by bringing premium, unique, and immersive digital audio experiences to our users. We have seen unprecedented audio content consumption amongst users in our country with 70 percent of users coming from Tier II cities. We are excited to witness the evolution of this genre

With this momentum, we are confident about hitting 10 million active paid users by the end of this year and 50 million paid users by 2025.

About the Role:

The growth team at Kuku FM is expanding. We are looking for a marketing expert to join our team and own all things Affiliate & Network Marketing. Your expertise is in affiliate and network advertising but you will thrive better if you also want to play around with Content, Creative Production, and most importantly numbers!

Your Job:

  • Identify, recruit, manage and grow new publishers and affiliates around the globe with a focus on priority markets
  • On-board new partners and collaborate with all internal stakeholders to negotiate the best possible terms and establish commercial and strategic agreements with partners and affiliates
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate campaigns including CAC models and maintain target ROI
  • Manage communication with all partners and affiliates, communicate offers, lead quality
  • Work on S2S, MMP or API integration with advertisers, agencies, and publishers
  • Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries, tracking issue & concerns

Who is the best fit?

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, onboarding and handling publishers for performance accounts
  • A good understanding of the online digital market; experience in the digital advertising market
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing an affiliate network
  • Well connected in the Performance marketing space including top advertisers and publishers in the performance category
  • Experience with delivering CPI and CAC campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with maintaining professional relationships remotely
  • Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website and tracking, and associated technologies
